1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Jobbr, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Jobbr is an AI-powered job search service that:

• Analyzes your CV/resume using artificial intelligence
• Searches multiple job boards for relevant opportunities
• Provides you with a list of matched job postings with relevance scores
• Delivers results via email in CSV format
• Allows refinement of search criteria within a 7-day window

3. User Eligibility

You must be:

• At least 18 years old to use this Service
• Capable of forming a binding contract
• Not prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

4. Payment Terms

Pricing

• One-time payment of $10 (beta pricing - 50% off regular $20 price)
• Payment is non-refundable except as stated in Section 5
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes

• One comprehensive job search based on your CV
• 200+ matched job opportunities (quantity may vary based on market availability)
• Email delivery of results within 10 minutes
• CSV file with job details and relevance scores
• 7-day refinement period to adjust search criteria

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee:

• You may request a full refund within 7 days of your search
• Refund requests must be submitted to support@jobbr.ai
• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse or violation of these Terms

6. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your CV
• Upload only CVs that belong to you or that you have permission to submit
• Use the Service only for legitimate job searching purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the Service
• Not upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful code
• Not use the Service to spam, harass, or violate others' rights
• Not resell or redistribute our Service without permission

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content

• You retain ownership of your CV and any content you submit
• You grant us a limited license to process your CV for the purpose of providing the Service
• This license terminates when your CV is deleted (30 days after search)

Our Content

• Jobbr, our logo, design, algorithms, and code are our intellectual property
• Job postings remain the property of their respective employers/job boards
• You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our Service

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee:

• That all job postings are current or valid
• That job requirements match your qualifications
• The accuracy of job descriptions or company information
• That you will be hired for any job we find
• A specific number of job matches (typically 200+, but may vary)

Third-Party Content

• Job postings are sourced from third-party job boards
• We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of external websites
• Employers listed in results are independent third parties
• We do not endorse any specific employer or job posting

Service Availability

• We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with notice

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Jobbr is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid ($10)
• We are not responsible for hiring decisions, job offers, or employment outcomes
• We are not liable for data loss, privacy breaches by third parties, or unauthorized access

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of Jobbr is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Key points:

• CVs are deleted 30 days after your search
• We comply with GDPR and applicable data protection laws
• We do NOT sell your personal information
• You can request deletion of your data at any time

11. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use Jobbr to:

• Submit CVs that are not your own without permission
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer our Service
• Use automated tools to abuse the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, threaten, or harm others

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Jobbr:

• Immediately, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms
• For fraudulent or abusive behavior
• At our discretion, with or without cause

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be immediately revoked
• Your data will be deleted according to our retention policy
• You will not be entitled to a refund except as stated in Section 5

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on our website
• Updating the "Last updated" date
• Sending an email notification (for material changes)

Continued use of Jobbr after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria (or your jurisdiction), without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Jobbr shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation first
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Binding arbitration or small claims court

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jobbr regarding the use of the Service.
