• Email Address: To send you job search results and communicate about your search
• Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe (we do not store your credit card details)

Automatically Collected Information

• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our website
• Device Information: Browser type, IP address, operating system
• Cookies: Small data files stored on your device to improve your experience

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Analyze your CV and match you with relevant job opportunities
• Search multiple job boards on your behalf
• Send you job search results via email
• Process your payment securely
• Provide customer support
• Improve our service and user experience
• Send you important updates about our service (we will NOT send marketing emails unless you opt-in)

3. How We Share Your Information

We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties. We only share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services to operate our business:
  • Stripe for payment processing
  • Claude AI (Anthropic) for CV analysis
  • Email service providers for delivering your results
  • Cloud hosting providers for data storage
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

Important: We do NOT share your CV or personal information with employers or job boards. We only provide you with links to publicly available job postings.

4. Data Retention

• Your CV: Automatically deleted 30 days after your search
• Job Search Results: Stored for 7 days to allow refinements, then deleted
• Email Address: Retained for customer support and service updates (you can request deletion anytime)
• Payment Information: Stored by Stripe according to their retention policy (we do not have access to your full card details)

5. Your Rights (GDPR & Data Protection)

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of all data we have about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
